1. Shipping Rates
A. Free Freight on orders over $100.00. C.O.D, Drop Ship and outside the USA orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. If the actual costs vary from the shipping amount displayed upon checkout, you will be contacted via email with any additional shipping charges and are responsible to respond within 48 hrs. to confirm or deny shipping charges. Failure to respond will result in the delay or possible cancellation, of your order.
2. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
A. We will accept the return of any order. A 15% restocking fee applies. Please email mail@silverstarpet.com. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee, of that item(s). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.
If you wish to cancel an order, email mail@silverstarpet.com prior to the order leaving our warehouse. In the event your order has left our warehouse prior to cancellation, please follow the standard return policy.
3. Are there any minimums?
A. There are no minimums.
4. What's your Privacy Policy?
A. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also automatically collects information about your shopping experience. Please see Privacy Policy page for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information.
5. Product I am trying to order keeps coming up with a zero quantity
A. when an item is out of stock you will not be able to place that item into your shopping cart or you see an error message like this:

6. Unable to Add More Than One Item to Shopping Cart
A. When an item is placed into your shopping cart for the first time you will see a message like this: Please do not use your BACK button to browse. Click KEEP SHOPPING below or use our navigation above.
If you do use your browsers back bottom instead of clicking keep shopping you will not be able to add additional items to your shopping cart.
When you click KEEP SHOPPING from the shopping cart it will take you back to the last individual item you added to your shopping cart. To return to the main category to purchase more items you would need to use the website navigation along the top of the page.
7. I can't add items to my shopping cart
A. Our site requires that your browser accepts cookies.
To make sure that cookies are being accepted by your browser
Under the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options"
Click the "Privacy" tab
Click the "Advanced" button
Put a check mark in the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling"
At the bottom, put another check mark in the "Always accept session cookies"
